Privacy Policy
How HUBL handles information when you use the public website.
Last reviewed: 30 August 2026
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the HUBL public website. It does not describe the future authenticated HUBL application, paid subscription service, enterprise contracts or product data-processing terms.
The public product and brand is HUBL. This page does not publish corporate registration details or dedicated privacy contact details unless they are authoritative for public use.
Information you provide
If you request a HUBL trial or enterprise evaluation, the form asks for the information needed to understand the decision, the requester's identity and the relevant context. This may include name, email address, country or region, company or organisation, role, and a short explanation of the decision or use case.
If you contact HUBL by email, you choose what information to send. That may include your name, email address, organisation, role, the reason for the enquiry and any context you include in the message.
Information previously submitted through the former Early Access form may include name, email address, role, optional company or organisation details and a description of the decision or problem the person wanted to understand.
How information is used
Public-site information is used to respond to access and evaluation enquiries, understand interest in HUBL, manage relevant historical records, maintain the website and meet operational, legal or record-keeping needs.
The public website does not currently create product accounts or process payment information.
Storage and cookies
The public website uses a language preference cookie only after a visitor changes language. The Plans experience uses sessionStorage to remember a currency selection during the browser session.
The site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or behavioural tracking pixels in the inspected implementation.
Email contact
Current public Contact routes use mailto links. When you send an email, the message is handled by the email systems involved in sending and receiving that email.
For privacy enquiries, use the contact options currently provided on the HUBL website. This page does not publish a speculative privacy mailbox.
Third-party services
The public site is delivered through hosting and infrastructure providers. Trial and enterprise evaluation enquiries are sent through Resend as the transactional email delivery provider, with Cloudflare email routing used in the proven public enquiry delivery path.
No analytics, advertising, payment-processing, support-ticketing or CRM integration is represented as active on the public website by this policy.
Rights and requests
Where applicable law gives people rights to access, correct, delete or object to certain uses of their personal information, HUBL should handle those requests through its current public contact options.
Updates
This policy will be updated as HUBL, its public website and its product services develop. Future authenticated product privacy terms should be documented separately when the relevant processing facts are established.
